My timeline for Australian Permanent Residency Visa. There is also a local copy below, on this page.
On September 25, 2004, my Australian Computer Society assessment arrived in the mail. It states that I have satisfied the requirements of the ACS PIM 2, Group A.
In order to send a valid General Skilled Independent visa application the following is needed:
47SK Application,
application charge,
birth certificate as a proof of age for all applicants,
skills assessment, including all documents submitted for assessment,
the address of residence during application processing.
Additional requirements include
nominating an occupation from the Skilled Occupations List,
completing the checklist for Additional Documents (page 18, book) and including all the relevant documents with the application, including the checklist
all family members must include 4 passport (45mm x 35mm) photographs with the name and the birth birth date printed on the back.
all applicants must send certified copies of all the pages from the passport, that are not blank,
main applicant must provide evidence of a recent work experience,
all applicants must include evidence of English language ability, (only original documents if IELTS), the score needed is 4.5 on IELTS;
main applicant must include a copy of the CV,
all applicants (older than 16) must complete form 80 Personal particulars for character assessment, including details of all addresses for the past 10 years.
completing the checklist for Other Documents (on page 19 of the book) and attaching the relevant documents.

2006-11-14: I heard the ad on the radio. Czech Republic enlisted Bosnia as one of the countries they accept legal immigrants from. On the page of Czech Embassy in Sarajevo there are details on the programme and some links to job sites. Bosnian job sites contain job ads posted by agencies from CR and additional can be found on other Czech job sites, like jobs.cz. Wikipedia contains details on how to earn the citizenship but people in forums say it's quite difficult.
